Financial support

Full-time programmes are free for students aged 16-19 and all text books are provided. Students aged 16-19 can apply for a Learner Support Fund Bursary, which helps students from families with low incomes with the cost of stationery, equipment, lunches and other college-related expenses. All awards are dependent on excellent attendance. Awards are usually £300 per year, however some students can receive up to £1,200 per year. In addition to the bursaries, the college runs an Additional Hardship scheme for students who may need extra help with paying for field trips, travel to university interviews and other costs.
