The foundation certificate in food hygiene, issued by the Chartered Institute for Environmental Health (CIEH), covers all the basics of handling and storing food.
Health and safety
You will earn a health and safety at work certificate issued by CIEH.
First Aid
Learn basic first aid skills on our one-day appointed first aider course (recommended by the Health and Safety Executive). This course covers cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), bleeding, immobilising and other basics to help you prepare for any emergency. The course is suitable for employees who are considered to be low risk or individuals simply interested in learning basic
first aid.
