How to apply
The deadline for applications for September 2010 entry to NewVIc has now closed. If you have already applied and have received a conditional offer of a place at the college you will soon receive an invitation to our summer induction days, which take place on 29 and 30 June (for A-level students) and 1 and 1 July (for vocational students). We will then write to you to tell you what date and time to come to the college to enrol.
If you haven't yet made an application to the college you will need to attend enrolment on Wednesday 1 September. If places are available on the course(s) you wish to apply for then we will process your application at that time. Please note the following items that you need to bring with you to enrolment if you haven't already made an application:
If you have completed your GCSEs this year, please bring the following:
- Your original GCSE results slip
- School reference completed by your head of year 11 on a school letter headed paper
- £20 enrolment deposit
- Your passport (original)
If you are 17-18 and want to transfer from your current college, please bring the following:
- Your original GCSE certificates and any other qualifications including (AS or BTEC certificates)
- College reference completed by your current tutor
- £20 enrolment deposit
- Your passport (original)
If you took a gap year and have been working please bring the following:
- Your original GCSE certificates and any other qualifications including (AS or BTEC certificates)
- Work reference completed by your current employer on a company letter headed paper
- £20 enrolment deposit
- Your passport (original)
