  • the Bengali grammatical system.

On the course you will:

Method of assessment

There are two written examinations and one oral examination, which will assess your reading, writing, listening and speaking skills.

What will I be able to progress to?

Your qualification will be valuable if you decide to study a degree such as law, business studies, languages or humanities. Selected universities also offer degrees in Bengali. You could also enter employment in areas such as interpreting, translating, legal work or community and social work. We advise that you study Bengali alongside a full programme of other A-levels.
