Outstanding performances
The end of the summer term was busy with shows from the performing arts students.
Second year BTEC national diploma performing arts students and BTEC national award music students impressed audiences with their own version of Dracula.
The play was written and directed by drama teacher, Triche Kehoe. The professional performance showed the fantastic talent of all the students involved. The successful collaboration between the courses was clear as the music composed and performed live by the music students worked to enhance the excellent acting skills.
A few days later it was the turn of the first year performing arts students. They performed a gripping play called Nothing on Earth, written by Rob John.
