You’re hired!
Four first year BTEC national diploma travel and tourism students impressed their employers so much at their recent work experience placements they have been asked to stay on as permanent employees.
Leoni Bromfield, Amoun Shiddad, Simon Todde and Simona Vaitkeviciute worked at different Pizza Hut and Nandos restaurants in east London.
Amoun commented on the experience:
“Working at Pizza Hut in Stratford really improved my communication skills and gave me confidence. I also got to practise my customer service skills. I’m pleased to have been offered a part-time job at the restaurant”.
