Sharpen your mind


So we’ve planned for success now lets sharpen your mind. 
  1. A brain needs hydration and certain elements to function well.  Get enough sleep, drink 1.5 litres of water per day to hydrate, take regular breaks and eat food that lasts longer like porridge, an egg sandwich or soup.  Avoid coffee and junk food.  
  2. Reading is not the be all and end all.  Take notes. Summarise them.  Make revision cards.  Go for a walk, test yourself as you go along and make mental notes.  Be with nature. Put beauty in your mind as you revise.  
  3. Just before you go to bed do a quick summary as your subconscious is clever.  You’ll be amazed.
