Required qualifications

Four or more GCSEs (grades A*-C) including Mathematics (grade 9-5). Students currently taking an intermediate vocational course will need a full Level 2 Extended Certificate with Merit/Merit in a related subject, a grade 5 in Mathematics and a grade C in one other subject.

You will learn about the world of Construction and the Built Environment and gain an understanding of one of the most important sectors in the UK. It will also provide you with knowledge of the social, economic and cultural contribution of the built environment to individuals and the community.
