D*D*D* BTEC level 3 Health & Social Care. Going on to university.

I am happy and got the grades I expected because I worked hard from the beginning. I started at level 2 and achieved a double starreddistinction D*D* which gave me the confidence to progress to level 3 and beyond. It has helped that the college arranged work placements at both a nursery and a care home.

Studied Level 3 BTEC, Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care

NewVIc sets out to inspire students to do the most they can in life and they bring out the best in you. After completing my course at NewVIc, I’m going to do one-year of voluntary work experience in hospitals, mental health institutions and possibly care homes. The experience that I will gain will add to my personal statement for university.

Achieved a Level 2 Extended Certificate in Health and Social Care. Now studying Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health and Social Care at NewVIc.

The teachers at NewVIc are extremely supportive, they support you in striving to do your very best throughout your course and are always there to encourage you when in doubt. They offer you opportunities that they feel are specifically applicable to you and help you to reach your best potential. Former students have inspired me, those who have strived to be their best and gone on to do what they had wanted and followed their aspirations. Alongside that, the teachers have inspired me with how attentive and supportive they are of each individual’s abilities and potential.
