This is a full time programme which is studied over one year.
The Travel and Tourism sector is an exciting and varied business environment that includes hospitality, airlines, tour operations, hotels and airports. You will investigate the UK tourism sector, understand its importance and gain an insight into the different employment opportunities available. You will have the chance to develop your personal skills and qualities, which will enable you to succeed in this exciting sector.

Successful completion of a broad range of GCSEs
These must include:
- English Language or Maths at grade 3
- one other related subject at grade 3
All students on a Level 2 course will also be studying towards GCSE Maths and or English if they have a grade 3 or below at GCSE.

On successful completion of this course, you will be able to progress to advanced level study such as the Level 3 Extended Diploma in Travel and Tourism, take up employment in the industry, where there is a wide range of job opportunities, or progress onto an apprenticeship.
