Our legal status
Newham Sixth Form College is an exempt charity under Part 3 of the Charities Act 2011 and is regulated by the Secretary of State for Education as Principal Regulator for all sixth form colleges in England.
The legal status is a corporation established under the Further and Higher Education Act 1992.
