Celebrating NewVIc Class of 2025: Results Day
Today we were delighted to welcome back our students as they collected their A Level, Vocational and T Level results. We are proud of the achievements of all our students and pleased that over 450 students have already secured their first choice destinations, including progression onto university, apprenticeships, Higher Technical Qualifications or their chosen career pathways.
NewVIc has seen another significant year of improvement for A-levels, T-Levels and BTECs.

The budding Paralympian won a total of 4 gold medals, 1 silver and 1 bronze. The event was Jason’s first opportunity to race against some of the best para swimmers in the country as well as battling it out for top spot against Paralympic swimmers who represented Team GB in the Paris Paralympics.

More than 100 Year 10 and 11 students from Newham came together to battle it out, for the third year in a row, to be crowned the best basketball players in Newham. Players from six Newham secondary schools (Rokeby School, Eastlea Community School, Brampton Manor Academy, Lister Community School, St Bonaventure’s and London Design and Engineering UTC) took part.

Iseoluwa, a NewVIc Level 3 IT student completed a week’s work experience placement at BT’s London offices. She secured the placement after beating tough competition to win the BT X Black Apprentice Network Dragons Den competition which ran over the summer.
